*Pets strictly not allowed in the bedrooms. Prior permission is require for pets to be accommodate and an additional charge is to be paid for the same. *Only for families and couples. Rights of Admission are reserved. Drivers/Taxis are not permitted to park inside the property,even if its the guests car. They are also not allowed to use the common spaces,lawn areas etc in the property. No washing of cars is allowed.

Cancellation Policy *No refunds will be made in case of cancellation of booking. *In case of cancellation, if informed 15 days prior, the same booking can be used within 1 months of your original booking date. Extra charge may be applicable incase room/villa rates are higher at the time of rebooking.
